TERMS AND CONDITION OF SERVICES
USE OF ANY GOLD-WIRE.COM SERVICE MEANS USER ACCEPTS ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IT DESCRIBES USER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS WHEN USING THESE SERVICES. USER SHOULD READ IT CAREFULLY AND BE SURE USER UNDERSTANDS THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

User Interface
GOLD-WIRE.COM will provide and maintain a cryptographically secured self-service online user interface. User can enter Exchange orders through the GOLD-WIRE.COM website 24 hours a day, 5 business days & 2 weekend. After User has committed the Exchange order, GOLD-WIRE.COM will provide User with a confirmation number. GOLD-WIRE.COM will maintain and make available to User through the website information regarding the status of each Exchange order.
 

Usage Eligibility
User does not need to register to use service on GOLD-WIRE.COM however user must be at least 18 years old.

Fees
All fees are disclosed on the GOLD-WIRE.COM website and automatically are calculated (generally, 1%-4% of total value, Min fee US$3) and disclosed before User confirms an Exchange order. GOLD-WIRE.COM is entitled to change its fees prospectively at any time and at its sole discretion.  

Identifying Information
User must provide GOLD-WIRE.COM with valid and accurate identifying information as determined from time to time by GOLD-WIRE.COM.

User is solely responsible and must comply with our requirement. Failing may caused NO delivery of order.

GOLD-WIRE.COM Order Provisions
User is solely responsible to provide valid and accurate information needed to complete GOLD-WIRE.COM orders.
User is solely responsible for all Payments, even if the instructions provided by user are incorrect.

User is solely responsible to follow exact payment instruction given by GOLD-WIRE.COM needed to complete the GOLD-WIRE.COM orders.
User can delete or modify GOLD-WIRE.COM orders through the GOLD-WIRE.COM website, before clicking "confirm" button.

GOLD-WIRE.COM reserve the rights to reject any order without providing any reason.

GOLD-WIRE.COM Remittance Provisions
Remittance from customer will be received 1-3 days. Upon receipt of remittance, all orders will be processed within 24 hrs (Except holiday day).
Remittance must be good funds of the exact amount specified in GOLD-WIRE.COM order, net of all fees.
If User fails to Remit good funds of the exact amount specified in GOLD-WIRE.COM order, net of all fees, GOLD-WIRE.COM, at its sole discretion, may:
(i) reduce the GOLD-WIRE.COM order to the amount of  funds received.
(ii) enter a new GOLD-WIRE.COM order for the net amount of funds received at the Exchange rate applicable at the time of the entry of the new GOLD-WIRE.COM order.
(iii) cancel the GOLD-WIRE.COM order as provided, net of all fees.

If User Remits more than the necessary amount of good funds necessary to fulfill GOLD-WIRE.COM order, net of all fees, GOLD-WIRE.COM, at its sole discretion, may:
(i) adjust the GOLD-WIRE.COM order to the exact amount of funds received
(ii) enter a new GOLD-WIRE.COM order for the amount of the excess funds received at the Exchange rate applicable at the time of the entry of the new GOLD-WIRE.COM order
(iii) return the excess funds received to User, net of all fees.
Remittances are final and not reversible except as provided in the term.

GOLD-WIRE.COM Payment Provisions
GOLD-WIRE.COM will make Payment in fulfillment of an GOLD-WIRE.COM order only after settlement of Remittance.

All Payments are final and not reversible except as provided in these terms.
