.How to make payment to us?
Step 1 - If your are making payment through
Maybank2u
fund transfer. Please fill in our email
sales@gold-wire.com
in the third party email address column. Make
sure your order’s name is same as your Maybank account’s name. (please fill in instead of cut & paste)
We will receive a verification email from Maybank almost immediately. By doing so, we can speed up our process, otherwise our process will not be
executed until we receive the transaction prove.
And must fill in
your 'Order number, "To buy LR / e-gold", Your Bank
Account number' in the
description of transaction column
while proceed the fund transfer.
If you
are making payment through CIMBclicks online fund
transfer.
Make sure your order’s name is same as your CIMB
Bank account’s name.
Please check the box and fill in our
email

in the beneficiary email column at the Beneficiary
payment alert section. And must fill in
your 'Order number, "To buy LR / e-gold",
Your Bank Account number' in the remarks
column while proceed the fund transfer.
Step 2 - You are required to forward a copy of the

transaction receipt to us via email as
a prove of payment. (screen shot the final transaction page
& DO NOT EDIT ANY INFORMATION.

Malaysian only) or ATM fund
transfer. Please write down your
contact detail together with your
name, order number and Liberty Reserve

You are required to bank in via CIMB
Bank only. Please request to fill in

You may request the banking cashier

.Can't pay in exact cent value via cash deposit machine?
You may need to pay extra to round up to the nearest RM50. We
will convert the extra payment into e-gold/e-bullion/Liberty
Reserve to your Liberty Reserve / e-gold account. Please note that we only do so
if your extra payment is more than RM10.
.How long will I
receive my Liberty Reserve / e-gold?
Usually within 1 hours upon
verified and confirmation of order and payment. For larger sum of order or during
holidays or unforeseen infrastructure/network down time
may not take more than 3 business days.
.For selling Liberty Reserve

.Can I pay cash at your office?
Due to security consideration. We do not accept any cash and do not keep cash in our office. We are sorry
